What You'll Be Doing:
We are looking for a Senior Security Engineer to help us establish the Application Security vertical of Grow Therapy, and who will help build a secure product platform for Grow. You'll be the first hire in this area, and will report directly to our Head of Security Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify and implement improvements in the security of Grow's products (authentication, authorization, web security, secrets, etc)
• Use automated techniques to shift security left and prevent the introduction of security issues
• Collaborate closely with product engineers, performing secure design and code review
• Perform penetration testing both internally and with external partners
• Identify, prioritize and drive key vulnerability remediations with product teams
• Advocate for healthy, sustainable product security processes

Salary range: $180k - $220k
You'll Be a Good Fit If:

• You have a strong understanding of common Application Security concerns and their remediations
• You enjoy comfortable diving into unfamiliar code, finding vulnerabilities and implementing security improvements
